Can I forward my existing number to KAS?
Yes you are able to call forward any number to us such as free phone numbers, local landline or national landline numbers and cell phone numbers. Diverted calls are seamlessly answered by our receptionists in your company name or the greeting of your choice.

When can I start using it and how long does it take to set up?
You are able to start using the service immediately after it has been set up which is usually within the hour. As soon as it’s set up we immediately start taking your calls as per your requirements.
Do you give me a number and is it exclusive to me?
Yes we do, we dedicate an exclusive number to each client. This number can be used on its own for business cards, letterhead or advertising promotions. If you have an existing number then you can simply call forward or patch your existing number to us to have your calls answered seamlessly by our receptionists.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes, you are able to upgrade or rarely downgrade your service at any time to suit your requirements and budget. We review every account regularly and discuss the matter with you, before we take any action.
Is there a contract or lengthy agreement?
KAS offers a month to month agreement and We don’t believe in lengthy contracts or agreements as our focus is to provide a quality service to our clients and take pride in our professionalism as a receptionist service. The vast majority of clients that use our services would continue to do so for the duration of their business. However there is a one off set up fee.
How do I pay for the service?
Our billing system is fully automated and we email invoices each month to save paper. You pay by Standing Order and remain in full control of the service and how you’re charged and how you pay.
Can you transfer calls to a staff member?
Yes we are able to transfer calls to any staff member on any phone (landline or mobile phone) anywhere in the world. Our system can keep details of all staff members and these details can be changed at any time. This service is subject to additional charge per call transferred and location.
Are you able to answer only some of our calls?
For many of our clients we operate as a call overflow service. Many businesses only want the calls answered when they are unable to, for example if you step out of the office for an hour or so, if you’re on another call, at lunch, or simply because you have too many calls at one time. We can answer your phone if it rings for more than 5 rings, or if it’s engaged it will divert automatically to us as if we were sitting next to you. Never miss that important call again.
Can I use the service for a day, week or month?
Yes you are able to use our service for an hour, a day, a week, whenever you need to. But the minimum charge is one month.
Are we able to have local numbers?
Yes certainly you are able to select from our large range of local numbers, or multiple numbers to give a national appearance.
What sort of clients do you cater for?
Everyone. Our clients range from mobile software house, franchises, Telecom and IT Companies, Builders, Bathroom installers, Electricians Home Businesses, Plumbers, Roofing Specialists, Houseboat retailers, Software Designers and large enterprises.
Can you just take messages?
This is what most Clients want us to do. We are able to answer your call and explain that you are unavailable or with a client, take a message and forward this message to you by email or SMS instantly.
If one of our clients asks a question are you able to answer it?
We are able to answer basic questions from the information you provide, such as directions to premises, fax number, website, and other general questions. Address details are only given if you authorise it. Otherwise only an email address is given.
Can you run a diary and book appointments for my team or me?
Using an online diary, we can and do operate this for several clients but is subject to additional charge.
